James B. Paris  – President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board
Responsible for overall operation of the bank. Primary contact for bank accounting, investments, regulatory reporting and shareholder relationships.  Also works with customers to meet all types of lending needs.          MLO#599768

David P. Barker – Vice President
Primary emphasis is helping customers with all types of lending needs and with supervision of the loan portfolio.  Is the bank's commercial loan specialist.      MLO#597529

Kelly Arwood – Assistant Vice President
Works with customers to provide all types of lending and deposit account needs. Oversees the bank's  Individual Retirement Account program.  Manages the bank's Human Resource functions.           MLO#612891

Kathy Peters – Teller Supervisor
In addition to supervising the daily operation of the teller  area, she also assists customers with new checking, savings and time deposit accounts.

Melissa Kerr – Information Systems Manager and Bookkeeping Supervisor
Maintains and updates the bank information systems and supervises the daily operations in the bookkeeping department.

Pamela Jeppesen – Customer Service Representative
Assists customers with new checking, savings and time deposit accounts. Also assists with information systems and regulatory reporting.

Kim Brundage – Customer Service Representative
Assists customers with new checking, savings and time deposit accounts.

Melinda Jensen - Mortgage Operations Manager
Oversees mortgage loan document preparation.  Manages escrow payment processing.
